Hacking Questions

Ok, I think I'm going to try hacking. I have the PSP 1000, so this should be easy. On YouTube, I can find tutorials for a Pandora Battery an Magic Memory Stick, so I should be ok there. However, the next part gets a little confusing to me. I need to download and install something called NitePR? What exactly is that, and how do I transfer it from my PC to my PSP? Then if I make it this far, I do't know what to do next. Do I have to upoad individual hacks to my PSP? I see you guys posting these codes all the time on this site, and I don't know how you put them on a PSP. Thanks for the help.
